The discovery appointment is with Hello Archi, before anything else. The appointments described here are the ones you book afterwards with your professional, throughout the project.
Proposing a slot
From the Appointments page you propose a date, a time and a format: by video call or on site. The professional receives the proposal and answers it.
Confirming, answering, cancelling
A proposed appointment is not settled yet: it has to be confirmed by the other party. Either side can also propose a different slot, or cancel. The status shown always says where the appointment stands — do not turn up for one that has not been confirmed.
Video or on site
For a video call, the meeting link is attached to the appointment. For a meeting on site, the address is given in the appointment itself.
In your calendar
You can sync your appointments with a Google or Microsoft calendar, or export them in ICS format for any other calendar. An appointment changed on the platform is updated in the synced calendar.
