Each project has its own document area, reached from the Documents tab of the project page. Every participant uploads their files there, but not everyone sees the same things.
How they are filed
Documents are filed by category, then by folder and by kind — drawings, photographs, quotes, paperwork. The filing is the same for every project: you find your files in the same place from one project to the next.
Who sees what
- What you upload is visible to you and to your professionals.
- What a professional uploads belongs to them. They decide, document by document, whether to make it visible to the client — read-only.
- An unshared working document stays between professionals: it is normal not to see every intermediate technical file.
If a document you are expecting does not appear, ask for it through messages: it may simply not have been shared yet.
Deleting a document
A deleted document is not erased straight away: it is removed from view and can be restored. Nothing uploaded to a project disappears by accident.
