You will find neither a telephone number nor an email address for your professional on Hello Archi. This is not an oversight: messages are the intended channel, and it is the same one for everybody.
Who you can reach
- the professionals working on your project — architect, company — once they have been assigned to you;
- the Hello Archi team, always in your contacts, whatever stage your project has reached.
A professional with no connection to your project does not appear. That is deliberate: the platform makes introductions, it is not a directory.
How it works
Each conversation is attached to a project. Messages refresh by themselves while the page is open — you do not have to reload to see a reply arrive.
A sent message cannot be edited or deleted. Read it over before sending, especially if it commits you to a technical choice or a deadline.
Why everything goes through it
Because Hello Archi is the intermediary for the project from beginning to end. Keeping exchanges on the platform lets our team step in if a dispute arises, and gives you a complete, dated record that neither you nor your professional can lose.
A professional who suggests continuing the conversation elsewhere is stepping outside the platform's framework — and depriving you of that protection.
