Once the project is finished, you can leave a review of each professional who worked on it. This is what feeds the ratings shown in the directory.

When
Only after the project has been closed. A review is about finished work, not about an impression formed mid-build.
Three criteria, one comment
You rate skill, communication and value for money, then add a free comment. The professional's overall rating is calculated from those three criteria — you do not enter it yourself.
One review per professional per project. It cannot be changed once sent.
Reading before publication
Your review is pending at first. Our team reads it, then publishes or rejects it — a rejection concerns abusive or off-topic content, not a harsh rating. A published review appears on the professional's public profile and counts towards their average.
What the professional sees
They see the review once published, with the rating and the comment. They can neither change it nor take it down. Reviews are one of the few places where a client speaks publicly on the platform: they matter.
