The request
You request a withdrawal from your wallet. Only one request can be open at a time: while a request is pending, the button stays hidden. This is not a display fault.
The three possible states
- Pending — the request is recorded and awaiting processing by our team.
- Approved — the withdrawal is validated and the payout is under way.
- Rejected — the request was not accepted; the amount stays in your balance.
Timescales
A withdrawal is not automatic: it is validated by our team, then carried out by the bank. The time it takes therefore depends on both steps, not on the platform alone. We do not quote a fixed delay, so as not to promise something the banking chain does not always keep.
Following your request
The request appears at the top of your wallet history, with its state. It stays there once processed.
