The SEPA mandate is the authorisation you give for direct debits to be taken from your bank account. You sign it electronically, once.

What it is for
- topping up your wallet by direct debit, without a manual transfer or a card;
- for a professional, paying a yearly subscription by direct debit.
One active mandate per account, and it serves both. If you signed it for your wallet, you will not be asked to sign again for a subscription — and the other way round.
The possible states
- Awaiting signature: the mandate exists, but allows no debit yet.
- Signed: active, debits are possible.
- Expired or revoked: inactive. A new one has to be signed.
Signing
You sign on the platform, as you would a quote: you read the mandate in full, you tick your consent, you sign. The signed document is sealed and kept.
Revoking a mandate
You can revoke your mandate at any time. Debits already under way run their course; no new debit will be started.
