What a quote contains
A Hello Archi quote carries the identity of the professional issuing it, a line-by-line breakdown of the work, the amounts excluding and including tax, and the date until which it is valid.
That validity date is not chosen freely: it follows from the deadline set for the consultation. It guarantees you a period for reflection that is known in advance.
Signing
You sign online, from your account area: you read the document, you sign, and a sealed, timestamped version is kept. You can find it and download it at any time.
Depending on the settings in force, you may be asked for a confirmation code; it is emailed to you at the moment of signing.
What signing sets in motion
Signing a quote means choosing that professional. They are assigned to you immediately, the other proposals received for the same stage are closed, and their full identity is revealed to you.
You can only sign one proposal per stage: that is what keeps the choice clear for everyone.
