Paying in instalments
After signing, the professional chooses how their work will be invoiced. They can split it into instalments — a percentage of the total at each stage of progress — rather than a single payment.
Each instalment produces an invoice of its own, with its own number and due date.
What order to pay in
Invoices are settled in order. An instalment invoice is only issued once the previous one has been paid: you will never receive several payment requests at once for the same work.
Where to find them
All your invoices are gathered in your account area, with their status. A sent invoice is waiting for your payment; a paid invoice stays available to view and download.
How to pay
Payment is made from the invoice itself, in your account area. If you have topped up your Hello Archi wallet, the amount can be taken directly from it.
