Accepting or declining
An invitation appears in your area with the details of the project. You accept it if you want to compete, you decline it otherwise — and in that case the decision is final for this consultation.

Building the quote
A quote is put together line by line. Before it can be sent, it must carry:

- your own details as the issuer;
- the recipient's details;
- at least one line of work.
Its validity date is calculated from the consultation deadline: you do not have to enter it.
After sending
The client receives your quote and can sign it. You may send several versions if the discussion moves on — it is the signature that settles matters, not the sending.
Once the quote is signed
The project is assigned to you. It is then up to you to choose how your work will be invoiced, in one go or in instalments, and to generate the corresponding invoices.
