You are invited, you do not apply
A Hello Archi consultation works by invitation. There is no way to put yourself forward on a project: our team selects the professionals to invite, based on the project, the area and the profile.
That is what guarantees the client a small number of genuinely relevant proposals, and the professional that they are not competing against an open-ended field.
Two kinds of consultation
- design, addressed to architects;
- building work, addressed to companies, and opened only after the design has been assigned.
How it unfolds
You receive an invitation. You accept it or you decline it. If you accept, you can send the client a quote.
A declined invitation cannot be taken back afterwards: take the time to read the project before answering.
The outcome
The client signs one quote, and only one. The professional whose quote is signed is assigned the project; the consultation closes for everyone else.
