1. Submission and approval
Your project arrives as a draft and is read by our team before anyone is put in touch. Nothing starts until that approval has taken place.
2. Looking for an architect
We open a consultation and invite architects whose profile matches your project. A professional cannot put themselves forward: the selection is ours to make.
Those who accept the invitation send you a quote. You sign one, and that architect is assigned to you.
3. Looking for a company
Once the design has been assigned, the same mechanism starts again for the building work: a new consultation, companies invited, quotes, signature.
The two searches are separate and consecutive — it is normal for the second to begin only after the first has ended.
4. Preparation and the build
After the building quote is signed, the project moves into preparation. The build is then started explicitly, not on an automatic date.
5. Completion
The project is closed by Hello Archi once the building work is finished. It stays available in your history with that final status.
