Two subscriptions of a different nature
Monthly and yearly are not the same offer paid at two rhythms. They are two distinct subscriptions, and their payment methods do not overlap.
Monthly
You settle each payment yourself: there is no automatic renewal. Accepted methods are:
- bank card;
- SEPA direct debit;
- the balance of your Hello Archi wallet, debited immediately.
If your balance is not enough, the option stays visible but unavailable, showing how much you are short.
Yearly
Yearly is a twelve-month commitment, taken monthly at a reduced rate. It is paid by SEPA direct debit only — no bank card, no wallet.
There are two forms: a direct debit set up online, active as soon as your bank validates it; or a mandate signed on the platform, in which case activation is carried out by our team once the mandate has been processed.
Why the difference
This is not an arbitrary restriction: a recurring twelve-month commitment rests on a bank mandate, which a card or a one-off balance cannot replace.
