The portfolio works exactly the same way for an architect and for a company. It is what visitors to the directory and to your public profile see: it is your shop window.

What makes a good entry
Photographs, a clear title, and a description explaining the brief, the constraints and the answer you gave. You can attach a client testimonial to it, if you have obtained one.
Three visibility levels
- Private: visible to you alone — a draft.
- Unlisted: reachable by its address, but absent from your profile and from the directory. Useful for showing it to someone without publishing it.
- Public: on your profile, in the directory, and indexable by search engines.
What must never be written there
The title and the description are free text. No telephone number, no email address, no link to a website or a social network, no site address, no client name. Hello Archi is the intermediary: a visitor who finds a way to reach you inside a portfolio entry bypasses the platform — and you step outside the framework that brings you projects.
This is not checked automatically at publication. It rests on you. An entry containing contact details may be taken down.
Your clients in your portfolio
Describe the project, not the person. "Townhouse in Bordeaux, family of four" is enough. A name or an address makes your client identifiable, and therefore reachable by anyone.
