This guide follows one commission from beginning to end. The screenshots come from a demonstration account: the amounts shown are those of this example, not a price list.
1. Receiving an invitation
You do not go looking for projects: Hello Archi invites you to the consultations that match your profile. There is no such thing as applying unprompted.

You accept or you decline. Declining has no bearing on later invitations.
2. Sending your quote
The editor picks up your details and the client's, and lets you build your lines — by hand, or from your catalogue of services.

Once sent, the quote goes to the client, who signs it electronically. Their signature formally assigns you the project.

3. Choosing how you will be paid
Invoicing is yours to decide: you choose how payment is split, once the quote is signed. A single payment, or a deposit followed by a balance.

A draft is created, which you read over before sending. Sending gives it its official number and makes it final.

4. Getting paid and withdrawing
When the client pays, the amount arrives in your Hello Archi wallet.

You request a transfer to your bank account whenever you like, in full or in part. The amount is capped at your available balance.

5. Your plan
The free plan lets you work from the moment you sign up. Higher plans unlock further features; what they contain and what they cost are set out on the dedicated page in your area.
